Hello my name is Linny I am known to many as Mr. No Excuses. I am 35  years old I have cerebral palsy. No Excuses was formed because of the the lifestyle I was told I wouldn’t be able to live.  I was told I would not graduate high school with a diploma, not be able to work. Basically I was that I would live life as a vegetable dependent upon others.  I have made it personal goal to prove those people that set limitations on people with disabilities wrong. I am a father. I have my diploma. I have been employed now for 3 years at the ymca.  I fell in love with fitness because it gave me my independence.  I lost over 100lbs. Now my goal is to inspirer and motivate others to stop making excuses and grind.
